Yes! We are a family attraction and love seeing families make lasting memories. However, we recommend this experience for children 6 years and older, as the flashing lights and loud music may be overwhelming for younger kids. Please note, we do not have space for high chairs or booster seats. Ultimately, it’s up to the parents’ discretion, and all are welcome!
The music is lively, but our speakers are designed to allow conversation at your table. We want to allow for communication and connection with your group.

Your ticket includes 75 minutes at your table. This rule is mostly enforced on sold out evenings. This ensures all guests enjoy their reserved time and that we can accommodate the next seating.

Food & Beverage
Yes! Our menu clearly marks vegetarian options and dishes that can be made gluten-free. Gluten-free meals include our seasonal vegetables or broccolini instead of pasta, as our pasta contains gluten. We also have one vegan off menu item - The Garden Harvest Pasta which features Spaghetti with a Garlic Oil Sauce and all our fresh veggies.

Tickets & Booking
Yes, tickets can be purchased anytime, even minutes before your showtime, if space is available at that time.
Yes, but we recommend purchasing online to avoid waiting or potential sold-out time slots. All ticket purchases must be completed online before entry. We do not have a way to sell you tickets at the door, this will still have to be completed on your mobile device, or we can lend you ours to complete the purchase.
We don’t offer refunds, but if you can’t make it, let us know, and we’ll transfer your tickets to a future date.
Yes, a 20% gratuity is applied to all tickets to ensure our performing servers are compensated fairly for both their service and performances.
No, due to limited capacity, tables are assigned to maximize seating for all guests.
Walk-ins are welcome but must purchase tickets online before entering. Seating is subject to availability, so we recommend buying tickets in advance.
Yes! Gift cards are available on our website and can be sent digitally to your recipient. They can apply the gift card during checkout when purchasing tickets.

Yes, we allow party decorations and outside desserts.
Yes! Our 'Birthday Bash' package includes: A custom flyer with a QR code for your party, A specialty drink or dessert named after you for the night, 5% of ticket sales from your event donated to a charity of your choice. Otherwise we will celebrate you with our table décor, special performance or spot light moment for the birthday person, and a free cupcake/dessert!
Yes, we love hosting private events! Send us an inquiry through our “Parties” page or email info@theplaylist.biz and we’ll provide all the details.
Yes! Just have them purchase their own ticket at the same showtime (or the closest available time), and make sure everyone includes the same group name in the “Reservation Notes” during checkout (e.g., “Smith Party” or “The Jones Family”).
No worries! If your preferred time is full, buy tickets for the closest available time and include your group name in the notes. We’ll do our best to seat you at the earlier time with the rest of your group.
The best way is to have everyone enter the same group name in the “Reservation Notes” section when purchasing tickets. That lets us plan seating ahead of time and ensure you’re all at the same table.

Our curated playlist features 100+ Top 40 hits from the past 40 years, each with specially programmed lighting. You can add your favorites from the list and vote to bring them up sooner.
Absolutely! Guests are encouraged to join the fun. Use the 'Request to Perform' button to select your song, and when it’s up, you and your table will take the stage!
Scan the QR code at your table to access our playlist. Click “add song” to choose from our curated list, and don’t forget to upvote your selection to move it up the queue!
Location & Parking
Parking is limited downtown. There are paid lots and free street parking after 6 PM. Arrive early to secure a spot, as you may need to walk a block or two.
Street parking is your best bet! It’s free after 6 PM and all day on Sundays — and checking the nearby side streets can save you a lot of money. Several nearby lots and garages (like the Aquarium Garage, Republic Lot behind us, and Riverfront Parkway Lot) can charge anywhere from $5–$10 normally, but on busy weekends or event days, prices can spike as high as $27–$35. Save yourself the headache — try to grab a street spot first!
We’re located at 100 Market St, Chattanooga, TN, right across from the Tennessee Aquarium. Nearby parking options include:
•Street Parking (check side streets like Aquarium Way and Cherry St)
•Republic Parking Lot behind us (via Aquarium Way)
•Aquarium Parking Garage at 138 Market St
•Riverfront Lot at 100 Riverfront Pkwy
•CARTA North Garage at 211 Broad St.
We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes early, especially on weekends or holidays. This gives you time to circle for street parking or walk from a nearby lot.
